try that in philly and you’ll just get taken advantage of. all places aren’t so friendly. i do high-rise in the city for a company, and do residential only 8 miles in the burbs. the companies in the burbs i get along great with. 8 mile difference, pretty crazy huh?
not one company in the city networks with the other. gotta lowball in the city some to survive.
What are you thinking- 8 story building for $1200? Right on with the prices from Tiajuana! Hahahahahaaaaa, MORON!!!
Just what we need here – a racist who can’t spell…
Who would even drop off a window as an owner for 1000 bucks? No offense but you should do residential or roof cleaning out there in Florida, there is big money in that out there. Im thinking a thousand panels at 3 mins each is a dollar every three minutes which is twenty dollars per hour, shoot I don’t know but those are Piker prices, a Piker is a bottomfeeder.
Get off of those highrises and start making more money before one of those companies takes it to the next level on you for those undercutting prices, any advice you need feel free to call me
Serious no need to be a racist and its Tijuana, guy even put moron after a mispelling
Haha Ive found a mountain bike in someones yard worth 1200 that they gave me for ten percent off
Im goin goin back back to Miami, I dont think so…You need to get a job tossing burgers or salad or something. 15.00 per hour lol
You have a real opportunity to learn from experienced high rise people, if you will listen. Dange has been in the business more than 30 years. He’s no doubt “been there, done that,” so give him the information he ask for, listen to what he says, and learn. Sounds like you have already submitted your bid on this job, so you are committed to give your best for that price.
Your post is entitled “What do you think of this price?” When people answered your question, you got upset. Here is my answer to your question: I don’t do high rise or mid rise, but we charge that much and more for storefront windows and never take our feet off the ground. Residential we charge 2.5 to 3 times that price per pane. And you might note that I don’t live in NY or California, I live in Mississippi. In a nutshell, your price sounds too cheap.
15 years ago I considered doing mid rise / high rise. Figured a price on a building and came up with $35,000.00. Before submitting a proposal, I spoke with the property management company. In the course of the conversation she said, “We have received bids as ridiculously high as $35,000.00 and as ridiculously low as $7,000.00.” That’s when I decided to keep my feet on the ground. But it shows you can lose a job because you are too low.
Im the MI AM EEE Highrise…look at my eyes…my prices are so low…my foes be surprised…I dangle off the roof…ten stories up…you see the bottom of my shoe, bout to come down on you…im fly like a dove without the help of a crew…so what you gonna do when i show up in your town…my heads up in the clouds and not about to come down…im a MI AM EEE hustla…out makin the dough…my prices are third world but thats my cash flow…so you betta lay low cause MI AM EEE is crazy…ill clean all the windows while you stay home being lazy…so just roll the dice…and give a low price…don’t crack down on my bids unless you Miami Vice…so don’t try to play Crockett unless you rollin with Tubbs im a MI AM EEE hustla, so just show me love UUHHHH
ooo-lala ooo-lala ooo-lala…Oh Yeah !

Whining is annoying.
I’m not saying my website’s anything special but it at least does’t have mistakes or phony garbage in it.
A good businessperson knows that they should communicate their own value and benefits – and not point out the shortcomings of others – when conducting business.
Perhaps it’s an age-related attribute…
I swear you are the reincarnation of Enviro.
Did you ever get the job you started this thread about? If so, how did it go?
No, I’m guessing they would never get their windows cleaned.
My family and I went to Sebring, FL last year for a funeral. We stayed in a hotel and were the only people there. The Denny’s in front of the hotel was so happy to see someone come in and eat. Everything was dead. It was really sad.
