Actually San Antonio was rated very high in some the articles I read, overall Texas had several cities that were all biz friendly…houston, austin, dallas, and San Antone were in the top eight
I would imagine that Nevada would be a prime market. VERY small business friendly, especially as it relates to taxes (none) and treating corporate entities with a hands-off approach (they don’t even report corporate info to the IRS). Growing real estate market and middle class homeowner demographic and a warm, dry climate year-round to keep you busy around the calendar. What more is there to ask for?..
Yes i was thinking about that too, i know that vegas is very competitive especially high rise. I unfortunately have no desire to go to vegas but i would imagine you can do well there. I wonder what the median sqft per home?
