Which Cities/areas are the markets

I am trying to figure out if anyone has done any research as to which city would be the best for a window cleaning business (no high rise though)?

Thinking of a couple variables, median income vs cost of living. Average seasonal temps vs inclement weather. Price per pane vs average size of home.

It would be interesting to see where your city stands vs other markets?

You planning on relocating?

not anytime soon, but if i did I would want to know of some good areas that are good for my profession

I doubt you’ll find anyone on here talking up their area in order for someone to relocate to, and compete against. Good luck.

Not talking about people talking up thier area, just was interested to see if their was statistical analysis of our industry?

I was reading an article that was cnn about what states and cities were small business friendly? Got me thinking thats all.

I get what you are asking but John pretty much nailed it.

Personally, I focus my attention on MY market and I don’t spend time thinking about other markets unless I am planning on moving.

San Antonio is pretty amazing.

I would imagine that Nevada would be a prime market. VERY small business friendly, especially as it relates to taxes (none) and treating corporate entities with a hands-off approach (they don’t even report corporate info to the IRS). Growing real estate market and middle class homeowner demographic and a warm, dry climate year-round to keep you busy around the calendar. What more is there to ask for?..

Yes i was thinking about that too, i know that vegas is very competitive especially high rise. I unfortunately have no desire to go to vegas but i would imagine you can do well there. I wonder what the median sqft per home?

Yes, Nevada is awesome
