Last week we reported to the community 2 fake reviews left by our competitor Manny from is Seattle. before reporting them to the community we kindly asked him to take them down. He refused to do so, until it was posted here. Now he is making a lot of slanderous comments and half truths about us on his blog.

I think its really shady of our competitor to leave fake reviews. Then to even go as far as to refuse to take them down when he was caught. If you have used in the past for your window cleaning supply needs, I hope you take this type of behavior into consideration.

manny even went as far as reviewing my window cleaning company.

You must be hurting him pretty good where it hurts, his wallet, for him to do something like this. All I can say is keep up the good work. You guys have a loyal and growing following.

Man I was thinking of placing a order with them for a waterfed pole setup. That’s pretty dirty.

I had a bad experience with Manny

I ended up giving Manny the benefit of the doubt that he was still a standup guy, but I chose not to do business with him again.

I hate to see people carry on in this manner. By refusing to take the bogus negative reviews down (even after being caught) he is only hurting himself and his business. I just don’t understand it at all. What can he possibly be thinking?

I dunno – I think it goes beyond writing it off as a bad decision – there must have been some intent to injure. That’s just evil. And, pretty stupid to leave his (now bad) name…

Business Karma will soon catch up with him, when this thread reaches page one on google. As it is he already has to compete with Microsoft for google searches.

I read his blog regarding the matter. I am disappointed with his decisions and words.

I will not bash Manny, those who have never met him might. All in all he has a good reputation with those in our area. I have written once so I do not feel the need to say it again with my experience with ordering from his business. I will say I have had nothing but wonderful working relationship with WCR and the entire staff.

May this end quickly and peacefully.

I would like to mention that, I asked him many many times to just take the listing down. And up until today I have neve mentioned his name. When I saw the ridiculous blog post that he made, I had to say something.

I am not arguing against that at all. When this first came up last week I spoke with someone at WCR and they know my stance. I strongly support WCR.

I am not defending nor bashing Manny or his business, but understand many will. I will just continue to say I love my experience with WCR.
