It makes me sad to see this. I have known Manny for decades, and I have spent some time with Chris and Alex. I have never had a problem with either. I know the business climate is tough at this time, but falsely slamming another business just isn’t right. I hope this can work out. There are already enough divisions within the industry that it is not necessary to purposely create more.

While I respect a person or business person’s right to zealously defend their reputation, I am disappointed nonetheless, that it could not be resolved sensibly and maturely. I am further disappointed to see it being played out on this forum.
Manny or google are the only ones that can remove those false reviews.
Chris gave him every chance to remove the false ratings.
This thread is the equivalent of taking out a full page ad defending his reputation, and with enough posts, will be the equivalent of a front page ad.
Dont be disappointed! What choice was there. Chris and Alex gave him a chance to make it right. How many times will someone take a punch to the face before they punch back??
I can assure you this is the very last thing we want to be thinking about. Unfortunately his refusal to remove the post, and his continued negative attacks on us left me with no choice. If we didnt say anything everyone would simply believe everything he wrote. We like to keep this forum as professional as possible but this needed to be done, to protect our good name.
I guess that Manny has this coming. Whether or not he actually “meant” to do it or not, he and his friend actually had to go to the site, actually had to put the info in and here we are. Guess the fun isnt so funny now. Maybe learning how to navigate the internet would be a good idea before you act like an azz. I am sure he was just having fun, but you have to take responsibility for your actions, especially if you do it for the whole world to see. I would think that if it was really a mistake, he would have taken it off immediately! I wouldnt blame the WCR boys for being really ****ed about this. You just cant go around acting stupid in such a public place. I dare say if anyone of us would have had this done to us, it would have been on. I can tell you if he had done this to me, I would have wanted to kicked the ever loving dog snot out of his rear. These are not the actions of a “Class” individual. I think his true feelings just got exposed.

Poor choice for to start a ****ing match with a company whose SEO juice is so powerful. I mean as this thread continues to grow so does it’s ranking for search terms like “Distributor of window cleaning supplies, soaps, tools and accessories and”
On their website they claim they are a professional, window cleaning supply store. Perhaps their defining of professional is a loose term.
window cleaners searching for that company may come across this forum post. Who knows it may start out ranking in the search.

I received an e-mail from Manny when this happened stating it was an accident and he didn’t mean to do it. Then on Facebook he starts attacking Chris and Alex and calling them names. His words and actions seem to indicate that his claim of it being an accident isn’t true.
