I got an apology email from Manny tooā¦ I think Dange posted his here and there was some sort of contradiction between my version and his version, but whatever.
I donāt know Manny from a hill of beans, nor did I plan on doing business witin the first place. To attack a competitor online is just shameless and distasteful.

Funny- I didnāt get jack-**** from manny- but then again, I was a former customer who he lost. Yet he still sends me flyers every year. lost my business a long time ago. Maybe he will read this and take me off his mailing list- since I only get his crappy ads.

In case you havenāt been reading along with the rest of the class, Manny admitted to the fake review. Not following through on itās removal indicates further lack of integrity.

So as Karl posted I canāt find the blog post anymore. Now all we have to do is wait for a genuine apology to Chris and Alex for the whole mess.

To clarify - itās not really about my satisfaction. Itās really up to Chris and Alex as to whether they are satisfied. Iām simply disappointed that Manny claimed it was an accident and then went on the attack. At this point personally I canāt really see him ever truly fixing that situation.
No matter what, life goes on for all of us and we reap what we sow or āinstant Karmaās gonna get youā as it was reworded. There are enough window cleaners to keep every supplier in business. Of course, now that anymore, itās 99.35327% WCR for me. Theyāve never disappointed me.
