Work Belt Setup (for the newbies)

I use my SUPER SOLUTION ( don’t ask)
A channel cut to size and small scrubber
Scrubber in left hand sqeegee in right
At the same time scrub one and squeegee one as you move across.
Once I complete a couple of rows I detail 2 at a time with useing a large scrim with both hands
This is not a good explaination but it works for me on recurring storefront cutups

That’s what I do.

Yup has soon as it drops into the 30’s I break out the wood pole.

LOL i was looking for mine for like 45min yesterday and I didn’t find them until I bent over to re-tie my shoe!

I need to add another pouch for them…any ideas where to place it on the work belt, post some pics!

I just bought my first pair ( reading ) a week ago long over due I made it to 47 I kept hearing 42 43 is when you start seeing blurry . As long as I can see my mistakes on the glass I’m good . My wife kept begging me to go to CVS pharmacy with her to get a pair . Man they give me a headache though . Prescription I’m sure will be soon
They have Those cases with clips on them that might be good for the belt .

Yeah I made it to 46 (read only). It takes my eyes like 5 min to re-adjust after reading with them.

My wife just went and got me a pair…no choice.

Thats why I dis-like reading long posts!

Yeah Mike “They have Those cases with clips on them that might be good for the belt”

I just might go pick up something like that this week. But Im not ready to give in!!

You could always get the granny chains. They also sell those at home depot if you don’t want to go granny style.

Those mag light holders are awesome for holding scrim. I’m really enjoying the ones I got from Mr. Fuller. I think that’s the smallest slayer channel I have seen in action. Is that for your sill squeegee? That hammer loop looks like it was custom built for the fixi clamp. Very nice. Are you still rockin the same set up?

I just picked up some 12" gear ties at home depot ($5). I’m playing around with them now but I think they’ll come in handy. You can bend them and they’ll keep their shape. If you want to do some long pole toweling, wrap them around to hold your towel.

I’m planning on using them for broken blinds. I didn’t really need them in this picture, I was just playing around with them.

I’m amazed buy how well this topic “Work Belt Setup (for the newbies)” is going I hope it helps a lot of people and continues on for a long time.

Just keep posting up changes and pics to your work belt setups folks!

Thanks

so this is my commercial and then my residential belts. I change things every few weeks it seems but this has been going strong for a while. Minus the towels of course. I really like the Sorbo belt for residential because a scrim fits awesome in the huge loop in the front.

I like that you put a solution bottle on your belt for route work it’s a must .I use to use those same bottles , but now I rock the Ecover bottles fits right In that ettore pouch you have .

Check that . I don’t think that was your belt I was looking at. Oops !!!

The only problem I had once is I mixed up my solution bottle with my Ecover bottle :). Oops!!! Now I rip the label off of the solution bottle .
