How busy are you guys right now?

In the northeast. Same as a few other posters above.

Not sure I’d say I’m “killing it” in power washing. But I would be ending the year closer to $70-80k instead of ~$105k without it, and probably would’ve worked much longer hours to get there.

As a solo op working 5-7 hour days, 4-4.5 days per week, mid April through late November, I’m happy.

I agree with @ProWindowCleaning Mike’s assessment: a full day of power washing should be $2k+, with the proper equipment. Compared to traditional window cleaning where I typically max out around $750-$1k for a loooong day… yeah. Can’t complain.

Goals for ‘22 & ‘23:
Shift from 50/50 windows/power washing, to around 30/70. Let go of most interior windows, or sub it out. Get my daily average above $1200. Shooting for ~$125k in ‘22 and ~$145k in ‘23. I don’t ever want to work more than 120 days in the year, though.

I’m in Vegas and have had some ask for house washing but most folks only do it when they paint their homes and the painters do it and trash, I MEAN TRASH, the glass. I need to get into it. the fee I’ve watched use full blown pw equipment and minimum 2300 psi. one guy was bragging he took stucco of everything but the painters always filled it and covered it up!
I need to sirens some January / February time looking into that.

lol. Id currently be booked thru xmas.
-but thanks to my little Covid-detour… I’m pretty much booked thru mid January

Ugh! Give me strength!

I’m booked today at least

Got a pretty big house tomorrow to take a look at. CCU and was a referral so we’ll see how that goes.

Hopefully I can make some bread before turkey day.

I’m slammed right now and usually this is the time of year I slow down. I knocked on doors for 6 months straight after coronavirus hit, and I am continuing to pick up work.

I’m completely booked out before Christmas. I’m starting to add work to Saturday’s, only for client that cleaned during the past year. anything older is too much work. I can’t find extra help that do not want to extort me! next year I’ll have to plan ahead better and get help trained up on September.

Last year I was down $11,000 (year of the covid scare) from 2019, so far this year I have passed that loss by $6,000 and still have 4 more weeks to go to finish out the year. Hoping next year is even better than this year!

HAHA…Slow-gust.
Slow here, a couple of jobs here and there, but just had cataract surgery on Wednesday and will do the other eye in two weeks. Glad that I plan for this slow time every year!!

Slow, monsoon threats daily but life is good. I saved up for this time and still pay my guys at least half checks with or without work.

we are almost all powerwashing, but we had slow-July, August is ramping back up in a big way.

August is my recharge month, I take 2 weeks off for vacation and the convention… the open days are booked with work awaiting my return.

September is starting to get booked

I remember you telling that happened!!! I’m so glad you’ve got such a solid base to keep you busy.

I can only work 2 days a week (wife works full time until I can get enough work to justify swapping hours), but today is the first day since April I haven’t had work on one of those 2 days.

End of August is pretty light for me, but I have people scheduling for September-November. And I’ve yet to drop a dime on marketing since March - all referrals. Even for 2 days a week, that aint bad imho.
